What we collect
When you fill in our contact form or message us, we collect the details you give us: name, company, email, WhatsApp number and your message. Clients using our portal also have account, project and billing records.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, deliver and bill our services, and send you invoices and service updates by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: hosting, email, WhatsApp (Meta), and payments (Razorpay), only as needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 2 years; client and billing records as long as required by Indian tax law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing anyinfra10@gmail.com.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the client portal. On the public website we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and which enquiries come from where (for example, a form submitted or a WhatsApp button clicked). Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy. It is not used in the CRM or client portal.
