Terms of service
Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written quote or service agreement (SLA) listing deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Invoices are payable by the due date shown, via the client portal (Razorpay), UPI or bank transfer. Prices are in INR; GST is applied as shown on each invoice. Ad spend on Google, Meta and other platforms is billed separately from management fees.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the website content, designs and code delivered for your project. We may keep third-party licences (themes, plugins, software) under their own terms, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Client portal
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of payment details you submit.
Liability
We work to industry standards but cannot guarantee specific rankings, ad results or uptime of third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the previous three months.
